Garth Brooks' latest tour (and his first in almost 20 years) has been selling out faster than ticket vendors and venues can keep up with. In fact, The Garth Brooks World Tour with Trisha Yearwood has become one of the largest grossing concert tours in history.

Nearly every show along the tour has been sold out and Brooks has added dates continually to ensure they can accommodate as many fans as possible at each stop. Unfortunately, this also means that quick-thinking thieves are finding ways to take advantage of hopeful concert-goers.

This is exactly what happened to Celia Evens in Iowa. Evans was having trouble getting through to the official Iowa Event Center website when it was experiencing a huge rush of customers trying to purchase tickets to Brooks' upcoming show at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.

Evens revealed that she was worried about not securing tickets for the additional five Des Moines shows, so she used a site called "MyTicketTracker".  Despite a very legitimate email confirmation from the site, Evens realized that her tickets were fake only when she tried to sell them after her husband surprised her with tickets. The fake tickets display seat assignments that don't even exist inside the arena.

"It says your tickets are pending the first day. Then yesterday, my tickets had processed," Evans revealed to KWWL. "But, nobody is returning my emails anymore so I am not sure if I will actually be getting fake tickets for Row T in Section 309 or if I will just never receive anything from the ticket sellers."

The seller "Black Knight Tickets" used MyTicketTracker as a platform to sell the tickets, and only left a generic email address for customers to contact.

Evens has disputed the charge with her credit card company and told the news station that MyTicketTracker told her that they are not responsible for fake tickets bought by consumers or sold by their users since they are just a service provider.

We are glad that Evans will still get to see Garth Brooks in concert and hope that she finds success in pursuit of her stolen money!
