CMT shocked everyone earlier this month when they announced who would be playing the iconic roles of the Million Dollar Quartet in their much-anticipated TV show.
Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins are being brought to life by Drake Mulligan as Presley, Kevin Fonteyne as Cash, and Christian Lees as Jerry Lee Lewis. An announcement as to who will be playing Perkins has yet to be made.
A couple weeks ago, CMT announced who would be playing Sam Phillips, the owner of Sun Records and now, they've announced even more casting decisions!
Billy Gardell, from CBS's long-running comedy Mike & Molly, joined the project to play Colonel Tom Parker, Presley's manager.
Parker was a huge part of Presley's success and according to Jerry Osborne's book Elvis: Word for Word, has even said, "I don't think I'd have ever been very big if it wasn't for him. He's a very smart man."

American Sniper actor Kier O'Donnell has also signed on to play disc jockey Dewey Phillips, who ran one of the most successful radio stations in Memphis and one of the first to play Presley's music on the radio.
The TV show, which is based on the musical Million Dollar Quartet, is set to start filming in the next couple months and will hit the small screen in November!
