Miranda Lambert took to social media to ask friends, family, and fans alike for help.
An avid animal lover, Lambert must have been heartbroken to make this announcement.
Her best friend and fellow country singer, Ashley Monroe, "lost her precious fur baby, Rosie in Cane Ridge, Tennessee".
Lambert famously posted a selfie with Rosie, whose tongue sticks out of her mouth because she does not have any teeth, when Monroe first got her a year-and-a-half ago.
"Please help my dearest friend Ashley Monroe find her precious dog, Rosie," she wrote on all social media platforms. "Contact MuttNation Foundation at firstname.lastname@example.org with any info."
According to their website, MuttNation Foundation "is a donation-supported organization with the mission to end animal cruelty, neglect, and homelessness. It was founded in 2009 by Miranda Lambert and her mother Bev Lambert."
The foundation also shared more information about where Rosie was last seen.
Monroe also posted a heartbreaking message on Instagram, begging for help.
Our hearts go out to Monroe and Lambert. We hope Rosie is found and brought back home.
