The CMA Awards may be months away, but with it being the 50th anniversary, preparations have already started for "country music's biggest night."
For the past eight years, Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood have served as the show's co-hosts. Year after year, their opening monologues continue to get even better, and they've given us a lot of good laughs.
Some of Paisley and Underwood's most hysterical CMA moments include: when Paisley pulled down his pants on stage during last year's ceremony, when they danced to "Gangnam Style," and of course, when Paisley let it slip that Underwood was having a baby boy.
Since Paisley and Underwood have become a fan-favorite part of the CMAs over the years, everyone had their fingers crossed they would return for the 2016 awards. So, are they?
You all can breathe easy, because Paisley and Underwood announced on Tuesday night (May 24) they are both returning the host the 50th CMA Awards on November 2!
Paisley shared he is looking forward to hosting the show with Underwood again, and he is curious to see what he can get away with this time around. "Last year they let me pull my pants down on national tv, I wonder what they will let me do this year," he wrote.
You can watch Paisley's hysterical pants-dropping moment from last year's CMAs in the video below. We're so happy to hear that Paisley and Underwood will be back to host this year's CMA Awards!
