Amid swirling rumors that the country crooner and longtime star of The Voice is going to make a departure from the singing competition, he steps out in a very new role as an underwear model…

Blake Shelton has been a spokesperson for clothing company, Gildan, for a while now with several commercials featuring him promoting both their activewear and underwear products, but this marks the first time he’s ever appeared as an ‘underwear model’. 

The commercials have garnered a fair amount of success since their airing, and many people have become much more familiar with the brand since Shelton began promoting them. 

The Montreal-based company is ranked in the top three companies for U.S. market share of the products. 

In one of the newest additions to his repertoire of clothing commercials, Shelton is standing next to a stack of boxes marked with the Gildan logo talking about the current way companies market underwear. 

His final statement leaves nothing to the imagination…

“Here you have it. I’m Blake Shelton and I’m modeling my underwear,” he says plainly as he glances down at his underwear.
