In 2000, Dame Elizabeth Taylor was honored at an event at Royal Albert Hall. The celebration boasted a 52-piece orchestra led by world famous conductor John Barry, and an A-list crowd donned in tuxedos and ball gowns.
Now, it may surprise some to hear that the Oklahoma-bred, superstar of country Reba McEntire was one of silver screen legend Elizabeth's must-have performers.
Among the other selected musicians were Tony Bennett, Lesley Garrett, and Andrea Bocelli. Each performed a song backed by the orchestra, each song in some way pertained to Elizabeth Taylor's films, and projected onstage, a vignette of film reels taken from her illustrious acting career.
Reba performs the 1953 Doris Day song Secret Love, a favorite of Elizabeth's.

This rodeo gal doesn't look too shabby in a ball gown.
