We fell in love with Randy Travis' distinct voice the minute he released his debut album Storm of Life in 1986.

The album produced four Top Ten hits, including two Number Ones, "On the Other Hand" and "Diggin' Up Bones". Travis continued to release hit after hit in the late eighties and nineties.

After his eleventh studio album, A Man Ain't Made Of Stone, Travis began to focus on gospel music and recorded five gospel albums between 2000 and 2005. His second gospel album, Rise and Shine, really stood out to us, as Travis co-wrote about half of the songs.

Rise and Shine was released in 2002 and produced the beloved hit "Three Wooden Crosses", the single "Pray for the Fish", and a lesser known beauty, "That's Jesus".

Although "That's Jesus" was never released as a single, its message packs a powerful punch. In the song, Travis, who co-wrote the tune, thanks Jesus for everyday he's alive.

Travis also reveals that he is no longer afraid to die because he knows that if he does, that's when he will meet Jesus.

The lyrics "if you're a soul that's lost and in need of direction/You wonder when you die, if you'll go to heaven/Well friend I've found the answer to that very question/That's Jesus" prove that to be true.

Travis sings "That's Jesus" with such devotion, power, and a subtle touch of emotion, that it truly blows us away.

Listen to the incredible song below.

Lyrics Below

When I wake up in the morning
Put my feet on the floor
I thank Him for the day
That he gave me one more
I give him all the praise
The one that I adore
That's Jesus, Oh that's Jesus

I was lost and all alone
My heart in need of help
I found eternal life
And lost my fear of death
Because I know the author of
My every breath
Oh that's Jesus, that's Jesus

God of glory, majesty
The Holy One who died for me
Who's the one I long to see
That's Jesus, Oh that's Jesus

If you're a soul that's lost
And in need of direction
You wonder when you die
If you'll go to heaven
Well friend I've found the answer
To that very question
That's Jesus, That's Jesus

God of glory, majesty
The Holy One who died for me
Who's the one I long to see
That's Jesus, Oh that's Jesus
