Rascal Flatts Surprises 15 year old Girl Battling Cancer

It’s always refreshing to see a celebrity using their fame to benefit others. Rascal Flatts did just that, volunteering their time in September to visit 15 year old Taylor Goethals at Children’s Hospital, St, Petersburg, FL. 

The teen, who has been a huge Rascal Flatts fan since she was small, was disappointed that she was a missing a show that tonight to undergo chemotherapy treatment… Enter Rascal Flatts.

The brave teen couldn’t believe he was there. The room lit up with smiles and laughter as Rascal and the family shared stories, swapped merch, and prayed together for Taylor’s health and safety. Rascal also made a promise to wear Taylor’s cancer awareness t-shirts at his show later that night. To further prove how incredible the country stars are, if you search footage from that show, you will see that Rascal Flatts indeed kept their promise to Taylor.
