Once again, Keith Urban has blown us away with his music video for the heartfelt song, "But For The Grace of God".

Urban released this chart-topping song in 2000, off of his self-titled album. The emotional song hit #1 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart, and spent six weeks at the top. Way to go, Keith!

The song tells a beautiful story of a man who is thankful for the life he has been given. Faith is a powerful feeling, and Urban puts that feeling into such emotional, and heartfelt words.

The New Zealand born singer wasn't always handed #1 songs like this one. His road to fame really began in the early 1990's, where he moved to Nashville to pursue his musical talent. For many years he played guitar on other artists records, and even created his own band, The Ranch

Finally, when he released his debut self-titled album, Urban found his first number one hit in "But For The Grace of God". Urban had found his solo voice, and his career began to take off at lightning speed. He is now a Grammy Award winner, with 18 number one hits and a reputation for making great music.

LYRICS BELOW

I can hear the neighbors
They're arguin' again
And there hasn't been peace on our street
Since who knows when
I don't mean to listen in
But the shoutin' is so loud
I turn up the radio to drown it out
And silently I say a little prayer

But for the grace of God go I
I must've been born a lucky guy
Heaven only knows how I've been blessed
With the gift of your love
And I look around and all I see
Is your happiness embracing me
Oh Lord I'd be lost
But for the grace of God

I can see that old man
He's walking past our door
And I've been told that he's rich
But he seems so poor
'Cause no one comes to call on him
And his phone it never rings
He wanders through his empty home
Surrounded by his things
And silently I say a little prayer, yes I do

But for the grace of God go I
I must've been born a lucky guy
Heaven only knows how I've been blessed
With the gift of your love
And I look around and all I see
Is your happiness embracing me
Oh Lord I'd be lost
But for the grace of God

I look around and all I see
Is your happiness embracing me
Oh Lord I'd be lost
But for the grace of God
Oh Lord I'd be lost
But for the grace of God yeah

Ooo ooo I'd be lost
But for the grace of God, yeah
Ooo ooo ooo ooo ooo
