Conway Twitty - "Darlin'"

Conway twitty Songs | Conway Twitty -

Conway Twitty has blown us away (once again) with his beautiful song, "Darlin'".

Let us start by saying, this song is not to be confused with his hit song "Hello Darlin'" (which is also amazing of course)!! The song, "Darlin'" was originally released by artist, Ray Griff in 1973 from his album, Songs For Everyone. Conway's rendition of this song was released in 1973 as well, off of his album, She Needs Someone To Hold Her (When She Cries), and we think he did an amazing job! His passionate voice is the perfect match for these romantic lyrics.

Check out the video to hear Conway Twitty's version of the beautiful song, "Darlin'", and you'll be glad you did!

+++++++++LYRICS BELOW+++++++++

Darlin', dearest darlin'
Put your arms around me baby please
Darlin', dearest darlin'
Kiss me one more time before you leave.

If you must go be on your way
Before I start in begging you to stay with me
I am getting weak from being strong
the first thing that you know I'll be down on my knees.

Darlin', dearest darlin'
Always in my heart and in my thoughts
Darlin', dearest darlin'
Havin' loved you once I've never stopped.

Darlin', dearest darlin'
Put your arms around me baby please...
