At her concert in Biloxi, Mississippi, Miranda Lambert was asked to sign the prosthetic leg of a sweet young fan named Kalyn Squires. Not your everyday autograph request!  Squires is a double amputee from nearby Ellisville, Mississippi and a diehard country music fan who was determined to receive an autograph from her favorite country artist.

Since she was eight months old, Squires has been a double amputee as a result of congenital birth defect. According to the Kalyn's mother, Christy, “Her positive attitude on life is how she overcomes all obstacles. Anytime she sees someone with any type of physical difference, she walks up to them and introduces herself and tells them they are special just like her.”

This inspiring young girl is truly remarkable, so it is no surprise that Miranda was elated to make Kalyn's wish come true. After signing her leg opposite pictures of husband Blake Shelton, and Luke Bryan, Miranda posed for photos which were later posted on Kalyn's Facebook page. So sweet!

Watch a beautiful and emotional performance of "Over You" from Miranda's 2012 tour below. A throwback favorite!

++++++++ LYRICS BELOW++++++++

Weather man said it’s gonna snow
By now I should be used to the cold
Mid-February shouldn’t be so scary
It was only December
I still remember the presents, the tree, you and me

But you went away
How dare you?
I miss you
They say I’ll be OK
But I’m not going to ever get over you

Living alone here in this place
I think of you, and I’m not afraid
Your favorite records make me feel better
Cause you sing along
With every song
I know you didn’t mean to give them to me

But you went away
How dare you?
I miss you
They say I’ll be OK
But I’m not going to ever get over you

It really sinks in, you know, when I see it in stone

Cause you went away,
How dare you?
I miss you
They say I’ll be OK
But I’m not going to ever get over you
