Sadie Does A Samba… With A Family Twist!

In this clip from Dancing With the Stars, Sadie Robertson discusses her grandfather’s recent controversial statements that had him under fire. She was quick to tell viewers that the family, and the Lord, support and love him no matter what, because that’s what family is all about. 

And family support was in full effect the night of this special dance– the whole clan showed up to join in the antics for Sadie’s samba routine, with dance partner/coach Mark Ballas. Everyone pulled out duck calls and rocking chairs for a little side-show tomfoolery, while Mark was dressed as duck hunter, head-to-toe in camo obviously. Sadie portrayed the duck being hunted, gorgeously donned in flashy sequins and feathers. Her animated gestures gracefully depicted a bird being chased.

The whole routine was utterly flawless. All the judges loved it.

“It was like ‘Ducks Gone Wild‘!” Judge Julianne Hough exclaimed. “That was fantastic… the perfect combination of content and concept.“
