After the plane crash in 1977, Skynyrd took a break from performing together. In 1987, they made one of their first live appearances since then when they stepped on the stage during Charlie Daniels' Volunteer Jam.
But Skynyrd wasn't alone for their performance that day. In a thrilling surprise to all those in attendance, Texas blues legend Stevie Ray Vaughan emerged on stage to help Skynyrd and Daniels out with their performance of J.J. Cale's "Call Me the Breeze." The collaboration turned into an intense, ten minute jam session that will have you on the edge of your seat.
It really doesn't get any better than this!
