Scotty McCreery Dazzles The Crowd With His Rendition Of George Jones' Classic, 'The Grand Tour'

Scotty mccreery Songs | Scotty McCreery Dazzles The Crowd With His Rendition Of George Jones' Classic, 'The Grand Tour' | Country Music Videos

Wow! Scotty McCreery's cover of this hit song has left us speechless... and we're sure it will take your breath away too!

In 2011, the world was introduced to Scotty McCreery (don't forget that name, he's going to be a superstar!) when he won the 10th season of American Idol. Although he is a young country singer who is just beginning to make his mark in the world, he has already topped the Billboard country charts, and has already released certified gold and certified platinum albums. Scotty is on fire!

So when Scotty stepped up to the stage to sing a classic song like George Jones' "The Grand Tour", we knew we were in for a treat. Scotty's voice is unbelievable, and reminds us of classic country legends like Conway Twitty, and, well, George Jones himself! Scotty is so talented, and we're sure that after you see this live performance, you'll be just as dazzled by Scotty McCreery as we are.

"The Grand Tour" was released in 1974 from George's album of the same name, The Grand Tour. As always, the song was a hit, and became George's sixth #1 song on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart. Wow!

We're pretty sure that even George Jones would be impressed by this rendition, so check it out for yourself and prepare to be amazed!

Step right up, come on in
If you'd like to take the grand tour
Of a lonely house that once was home sweet home
I have nothing here to sell you,
Just some things that I will tell you
Some things I know will chill you to the bone.

Over there, sits the chair
Where she'd bring the paper to me
And sit down on my knee
And whisper oh, I love you
But now she's gone forever
And this old house will never
Be the same without the love
That we once knew.

Straight ahead, that's the bed
Where we'd lay in love together
And Lord knows we had a good thing going here
See her picture on the table
Don't it look like she'd be able
Just to touch me and say good morning dear.

There's her rings, all her things
And her clothes are in the closet
Like she left them
When she tore my world apart.

As you leave you'll see the nursery,
Oh, she left me without mercy
Taking nothing but
Our baby and my heart.

Step right up, come on in...
