Elvis Presley AND The Beatles? Can it get any better than that? How about Elvis covering The Beatles - yeah, that's a recipe for something epic. When a music legend covers another legend (or legends as it were), it's really something that is begging to be seen (or heard). So, when we found this video of the King of Rock & Roll singing The Beatles' "Yesterday" and "Hey Jude", we just had to share it with y'all.

"Yesterday" was released in 1965 on The Beatles' Help! album. It charted worldwide, peaking at #1 on the U.S., Norwegian, and Dutch charts. "Hey Jude" was released in 1968. It was actually originally titled "Hey Jules". McCartney wrote it for John Lennon's son, Julian during his parents' divorce. It peakedĀ on over two dozen charts, reaching the top spot almost as many times.

Elvis impresses, but let's be real, when did he not? He makes these popular songs his own, successfully blowing our minds. We especially love the sneak peek into Elvis' rehearsal for his "Hey Jude" performance. This is definitely something everyone will enjoy, because face it - who doesn't enjoy some Elvis and Beatles?

YESTERDAY LYRICS

Yesterday all my troubles seemed so far away.
Now it looks as though they're here to stay.
Oh, I believe in yesterday.

Suddenly I'm not half the man I used to be.
There's a shadow hanging over me.
Oh, yesterday came suddenly.

Why she had to go, I don't know, she wouldn't say.
I said something wrong, now I long for yesterday.

Yesterday love was such an easy game to play.
Now I need a place to hide away.
Oh, I believe in yesterday.

Why she had to go, I don't know, she wouldn't say.
I said something wrong, now I long for yesterday.

Yesterday love was such an easy game to play.
Now I need a place to hide away.
Oh, I believe in yesterday.

HEY JUDE LYRICS

Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better

Hey Jude, don't be afraid
You were made to go out and get her
The minute you let her under your skin
Then you begin to make it better

And anytime you feel the pain, hey Jude, refrain
Don't carry the world upon your shoulders
For well you know that it's a fool who plays it cool
By making his world a little colder
Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah

Hey Jude, don't let me down
You have found her, now go and get her
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better

So let it out and let it in, hey Jude, begin
You're waiting for someone to perform with
And don't you know that it's just you, hey Jude, you'll do
The movement you need is on your shoulder
Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah yeah

Hey Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her under your skin
Then you'll begin to make it
Better better better better better better, oh
