Wow. Talk about heart-wrenching. This emotional song really gives us a look into Loretta Lynn's heart and just how much she misses her late husband, Mooney. With the White Stripes' Jack White on the guitar, Loretta sings with her soul, expressing the longing she feels for Mooney.

When her husband's health began declining, she stepped back from the music business. After he passed in 1996, she slowly made her comeback. And with that, came her partnership with Jack White in 2004 and the Van Lear Rose album.

"Miss Being Mrs." was released on Van Lear Rose, Loretta's album that was produced by Jack White. The title of the album refers to the coal mines, named Van Lear, that Loretta's father worked at. The album peaked at #2 on the U.S. Billboard Top Country Albums. The touching song was nominated for Best Country Song at the Grammys as well.

The music video shows Loretta at her home, laying on her bed as photographs of her and Mooney appear across the screen. She sings about just how much she misses his loving arms and you can really tell she feels those words down to her core, with her expressive eyes and heartbreakingly haunting vocals laying out for the world to see.

MISS BEING MRS. LYRICS

I lie here all alone,
In my bed of memories
I'm dreamin' of your sweet kiss,
Oh, how you loved on me.

I can almost feel you with me,
Here in this blue moonlight,
Oh, I miss being Mrs., tonight

Like so many other hearts,
Mine wanted to be free,
I've been put here every day,
Since you've been away from me

My reflection in the mirror,
It's such a hurtful sight,
Oh I miss being Mrs. tonight
Oh I miss being Mrs. tonight

And how I loved them loving arms,
That once held me so tight,
I took off my wedding band,
And put it on my right hand,
I miss being Mrs. tonight.

Oh I miss being Mrs. tonight
And how I loved them loving arms,
That once held me so tight,
I took off my wedding band,
And put it on my right hand,
I miss being Mrs. tonight
Oh, I miss being Mrs. tonight
