Alabama Fishermen Take ‘Catfishing’ To A Whole New Level

When two fisherman went fishing on the Warrior River in Alabama, they were not expecting to find a couple of kittens swimming toward their boat. These tiny kittens needed to be rescued and the fisherman just happened to be in the right place at the right time. 

We are unsure of why the kittens were on the river in the first place, or how they got there – but this is incredible. Very sad that the kittens were most likely left abandoned on the small island offshore, but we have to applaud their determination to find a home. Who knew cats could swim so well? 

When the fisherman spotted the first kitten jump in the water, they immediately turned on their camera and started toward the island. This definitely wasn’t their typical catch, but worth the extra commitment.
