Luke Bryan has his priorities in order as a father, but that doesn't mean he'll leave his fans hanging. He proved that "the show must go on" last night, when his son, Tate bumped his head and had to go to the ER.
Bryan shared the news with 92.5 XTU, showing a photograph of Tate with a bump on his head. "He had a nice goose-egg to show for it, but no glowing smile we’ve all come to know his daddy by," Andie Summers of 92.5 XTU wrote. Bryan's wife, Caroline, was home with the kids at the time and Summers relayed just how much emotion was apparent on the country singer's face as he talked about the situation. "He hated that he couldn’t be there for his little dude, and that Caroline had to weather the storm alone," Summers added.
Bryan was still able to make it to his show to perform in front of thousands of adoring fans. He took to the stage at the sold out show in Philadelphia, singing those songs that always, without a doubt, steal the hearts of those in his high-energy audience. Smiling brightly, he rocked the stage, doing what he does best. Though we're sure his son was still on his mind, as he wished he could be there for the little guy.
Tate seems to be doing well now after his accident. We're relieved and very happy to hear that. Bryan and his wife are a really great team when it comes to parenting as we've come to find out as their personal life began to become more public over the last year.
It's obvious Bryan has a deep love for his children, as they're no strangers to the stage because he often lets them join him during his concerts. Check out his other little boy, Bo, joining him for a performance.
Get well, Tate!
