Country Icon, Tim McGraw, has had a very busy summer.
McGraw has spent the past few months singing his heart out on his "Shotgun Rider Tour", selling out concerts across the country. This past week, McGraw was gearing up for a big weekend in California, with scheduled shows in Mountain View and Irvine.
But unfortunately, on September 18, 2015, McGraw shared some bad news. Per doctor's orders, McGraw was forced to cancel both shows. Via his Twitter page, McGraw shared the unfortunate news with the everyone.
But, instead of letting his team take care of sharing the news, McGraw wanted to send a message directly from his heart, to his fans. He then Tweeted a string of emotional messages.
This is so disappointing to me. We've had such a great summer and I was looking forward to this final weekend with the fans in California.— Tim McGraw (@TheTimMcGraw) September 18, 2015
I appreciate the support and look forward to coming back soon. 'Can't' is not in my DNA, if there was any way I could sing, I would do it.— Tim McGraw (@TheTimMcGraw) September 18, 2015
The unexpected cancellations came at a busy time for McGraw, as he recently released the details of his upcoming album, Damn Country Music.
As of right now, McGraw is still scheduled to perform at the Route 91 Festival in Las Vegas on October 4th. We hope you get better soon, Tim!
Check out McGraw's newest single below, "Top Of The World" which is scheduled to be released on November 4, 2015, from Damn Country Music.
