We've all come to know and love Keith Urban for his incredible hair, Australian accent, and amazing voice.
But before we knew him as Nicole Kidman's husband or even a solo artist, he played in a band called The Ranch. While he was with the band, they recorded one studio album and charted two singles on the Hot Country Songs chart. They also played at The Grand Ole Opry!
In 1998, the band broke up and Urban started his solo career immediately. He released a self-titled album in 1999, and took the world by storm!
On September 29, 2000, Urban made his debut on the Opry stage as a solo artist, singing his hit song from his brand new album, "Your Everything".
The song was one of four songs that charted off his album. "But For The Grace Of God" was his only song, off this album, to hit Number One on the Billboard Hot Country Singles charts, and it is definitely not his last!
Not that he needed to, but Urban proves his vocal talent very time he performs, including this time, at The Grand Ole Opry singing "But For The Grace Of God".
