The bond between a mother and her daughter is so incredibly powerful.

Recently, Ellen DeGeneres posted a video of a 4-year-old McKenna singing a heart-wrenching song to her mother, Martina McBride's "I'm Gonna Love You Through It". McKenna's mother, Dianna, is currently battling stage IV cancer.

The video instantly went viral. With over 30 million views, people across the world watched as the little girl told her mother, "Just take my hand, together we can do it / I’m gonna love you through it."

The viral video also caught the attention of someone very special, Martina McBride herself.

Ellen then did something very special, she invited Dianna and her daughter on the show so little McKenna could sing in front of every one. Little did Dianna know, Ellen and McKenna had something special planned.

Dianna was shocked when Ellen announced that McKenna would be singing with Martina McBride!

McKenna and Martina then took the stage, hand in hand, and sang an adorably touching rendition of "I'm Gonna Love You Through It". Dianna wept as her little girl proudly stood on stage and sang alongside the legendary Martina.

Martina was so inspired, she even shared the special moment on her Facebook page with the caption, "I absolutely loved meeting McKenna and Dianna and Dianna's mom Dee on Ellen yesterday... I was so honored and privileged to be a part of this moment.".

I absolutely loved meeting McKenna and Dianna and Dianna's mom Dee on Ellen yesterday. We were able to surprise Dianna...

The most inspiring part of the performance was watching McKenna look up at her mom and tell her that no matter what she will hold her hand through it all - and she really means it.

Check out the touching video below.

LYRICS BELOW

She dropped the phone and burst into tears
The doctor just confirmed her fears
Her husband held it in and held her tight
Cancer don’t discriminate or care if you’re just 38
With three kids who need you in their lives
He said, "I know that you’re afraid and I am, too
But you’ll never be alone, I promise you"

When you’re weak, I’ll be strong
When you let go, I’ll hold on
When you need to cry, I swear that I’ll be there to dry your eyes
When you feel lost and scared to death,
Like you can’t take one more step
Just take my hand, together we can do it
I’m gonna love you through it.

She made it through the surgery fine
They said they caught it just in time
But they had to take more than they planned
Now it's forced smiles and baggy shirts
To hide what the cancer took from her
But she just wants to feel like a woman again
She said, "I don't think I can do this anymore"
He took her in his arms and said "That's what my love is for"

When you’re weak, I’ll be strong
When you let go, I’ll hold on
When you need to cry, I swear that I’ll be there to dry your eyes
When you feel lost and scared to death,
Like you can’t take one more step
Just take my hand, together we can do it
I’m gonna love you through it.

And when this road gets too long
I'll be the rock you lean on
Just take my hand, together we can do it
I’m gonna love you through it.
I’m gonna love you through it.
