Sassy country duo, Maddie & Tae, are at it again!

Fresh from hooking their first CMA for their feisty song, "Girl in a Country Song," the duo is back at it, and sassier than ever in "Shut Up and Fish."

The song's music video opens with a country girl on the dock catching some fish (in full fishing gear!). Seconds later, a preppy city boy hops out of his red Corvette and starts walking towards the boat.

Dressed in "Salmon shorts and a white V-neck" it's clear that the boy isn't there to fish, but to put the moves on the country girl... and she is not having it.

Onlookers, Maddie & Tae, take the sport seriously while the city boy acts goofy, and gets in the way of a great day of fishing. And who is the city boy in the video you ask? It's none other than Tae's real-life brother, Mason Dye!

The best part of all, is that the country singers actually love fishing! The duo posted an adorable photo to their Instagram page in September, with a caption that referenced their song, "I caught 3 and Tae caught 1 and it was the BIGGEST bass of the whole tournament! Shut up & Fish boys ;)"

In an interview with Rolling Stone, the girls admitted the song was based on a real-life experience. Tae said,

One day we were just really bored: "We love to fish, so let's go fishing." We'd been texting these guys, "Do you want to go fishing with us?" We literally thought it was just fishing, because they had the fishing poles, which they didn't even know how to use, come to find out. So we get there, and they come dressed up in like white v-necks and coral shorts. Just the typical city boy with their Sperry [boat shoes] and stuff. So we're like, "You know we're going fishing, right?"
She continued,
So we're trying to fish, and Maddie and I take it very seriously because we wanna catch something. We didn't just go there to mess around. We didn't catch anything that day, because all the boys wanted to do was talk and bust a move... You'd better do some flirting with the fish so they'll come and bite my hook.

The song is the third single from the duo's debut album, Start Here, released in August of this year.

Trust us, if you liked "Girl in a Country Song," you're sure to love "Shut Up and Fish.

So check it out below!

LYRICS BELOW

He pulled up in a red Corvette
Salmon shorts and a white V-neck
I said, "Wow, you know how to dress down for a city guy."

We headed out to a spot on the lake
A couple zip poles and a cup full of bait
I could tell pretty fast he had more than just bass on his mind

Oh, I was fishing
He was wishing
We were kissing
I was getting madder than a hornet in an old Coke can
Getting closer
Sliding over
Crowding up my casting shoulder
Reachin' out and trying to hold my reeling hand

Saying I'm pretty
Saying he's in love
And how it don't get any better than this
I said, "Yeah, it could,
Boy, if you would
Shut up and fish."

For a little while he calmed down and let up
But then he went right back to pushing his luck
That line of mine wasn't all I wanted to throw in
Oh, no

I was fishing
He was wishing
We were kissing
I was getting madder than a hornet in an old Coke can
Getting closer
Sliding over
Crowding up my casting shoulder
Reachin' out and trying to hold my reeling hand

Saying I'm pretty
Saying he's in love
And how it don't get any better than this
I said, "Yeah, it could,
Boy, if you would
Shut up and fish."

I finally had all of him that I could take
So I gave him a cold shower in the lake

What can I say?

I was fishing
He was wishing
We were kissing
I was getting madder than a hornet in an old Coke can
Getting closer
Sliding over
Playing captain Casanova
Crowding up my casting shoulder
Trying to reach out and hold my reeling hand

Saying I'm pretty
Saying he's in love
And how it don't get any better than this
I said, "Yeah, it could,
Boy, if you would
Shut up and fish."

Just a little push
'Cause he couldn't just
Shut up and fish
