Jana Kramer recently took some time to make one special fan's biggest wish come true, just in time for Christmas.
On Friday (Dec. 11), Kramer and her husband, former NFL player Mike Caussin, visited a local hospital to meet and sing songs for a girl named Amber Slatton.
Slatton, who is 17 years old, was diagnosed with cancer in April of this year. As a huge fan of Kramer, Slatton used her wish through the Make-a-Wish Foundation to meet her favorite singer.
Not only did Kramer come to the hospital to meet Slatton, but she sang some of her favorite songs for her as well.
"We sang her favorite song 'I Got the Boy' and a few others like 'Love,'" Kramer says in a caption for one of the photos from the day, mentioning that Slatton often joined in on the singing as well.
Kramer also sang a few Christmas songs for Slatton, including 'Jingle Bells,' which is Slatton's favorite Christmas tune.
"Amber used her wish to meet me but in the end, I’m the grateful one that I got to meet her!" Krammer says, reflecting on the experience. "Strongest most beautiful girl. Love you sis!"
You can watch Kramer singing Slatton's favorite song, "I Got The Boy," in the video below.
We'd say that Kramer and her husband gave Slatton a wonderful day that she will never forget.
