Details for the memorial service for the Backroad Anthem lead singer were announced via social media earlier.
Following a strenuous eight-day search, the body of Craig Strickland was found just off the shore of the lake where he and friend Chase Moreland had been hunting ducks. Days earlier, Moreland's body was also discovered.
Upon the tragic news, fans and fellow country artists alike continued praying for Strickland and his loved ones. His widow, Helen, spoke openly about the discovery, saying "Thank you lord for leading us to him. I will praise you, Amen."
Now, several days following the end of the search, she has shared intimate details regarding the upcoming services in the singer's memory. Through social media, Helen says that all are welcome at the memorial service, wether in person, or online via CrossChurch's webcast.
"I love you all, thank you for loving my husband." she writes.
The service is set to take place at the CrossChurch Pinnacle Hills location in Rogers, Arkansas at 6:00 p.m CST on January 12th, 2016.
You will be able to view the webcast at www.CrossChurch.com/watchlive at the same time.
We are keeping Craig, Helen, and their loved ones in our thoughts and prayers through this difficult time.
Helen Strickland's full post about the services is included below.
