The group's gear trailer broke in two, becoming disengaged from the tour bus while they were driving down the highway. The trailer then went careening across several lanes of moving traffic and shot straight into oncoming traffic.
Jaren Johnston, lead vocalist of the group, took to social media speaking about the incident and supplying photos of the wreckage.
"We were extremely lucky today. Everybody is ok. Our new custom trailer basically broke in half and went into traffic on the interstate. Thanks to the Canadian peace officers and DOT crew for their quick response."

Later on, Johnston revealed the details of the accident in another post for fans.
"Our trailer did a full 360, hopped a median, and spent a second in oncoming traffic," the frontman wrote. "Nothin really moved on the inside. My boys can pack a trailer like no other."
Everyone is thankful that nobody was hurt from the accident, and The Cadillac Three revealed that they will charge forward with their tour as planned, with no dates changed.
Bandmate Kelby Ray also documented the harrowing ordeal on social media, but offered a piece of advice from his father.
"Like my dad always says, 'Sometimes in this business you run into problems, and it's always when you don't want 'em.' We're fine. Gear's fine. Nobody got hurt. On to the next town."
Luckily, nobody was injured during the ordeal and all their equipment is intact. Ray's thoughts are echoed by the rest of the band and they're ready to play some great music for their next show!
