You could certainly call Marty Robbins a man of many talents. Just two of his many titles include "actor" and "racing driver."
But more than anything else, Robbins was known for being a country music singer, songwriter, and musician. In his 34 years in the business, Robbins was responsible for writing and recording some of the biggest hits of that era.
One can only imagine what else Robbins would have been able to accomplish if it wasn't for his untimely death at the age of 57. Although he was only with us for a short time, Robbins still managed to make a mark on country music through his many memorable songs.
