Elle King made her Grand Ole Opry debut alongside “Different for Girls” duet partner Dierks Bentley! King joined Bentley on stage at the historical venue for a captivating duet to Johnny Cash and June Carter’s 1967 classic “Jackson.”

“We gotta do something classic,” Bentley told King before the two jumped into a bluegrass cover of the iconic tune. They perform the song in tune with Cash and Carter’s original making for an unforgettable Opry performance.

“Jackson” was released in 1967 by Cash and Carter and peaked at No.2 on Billboard’s country singles chart and has maintained relevance through the decades. In 2011, Academy Award winning film, The Help, used the track as its pinnacle song which brought “Jackson” to a whole new generation in the 21st century.
