Faith Hill has been quite the busy woman since announcing not only that her and her dashing husband Tim McGraw will be touring together on their 2017 Soul 2 Soul Tour, but the singer also released an album titled Deep Tracks. The newest compilation holds songs that were previously recorded by Hill in the past, however never quite making it to the public's hands until now!
Hill took to her Twitter page to loosely speak about various releases on the album, admitting that one in particular is "Tim's favorite".
Tim's favorite song of mine. Unreleased until today. pic.twitter.com/zYkzDbwsqw— Faith Hill (@FaithHill) November 18, 2016
The song, "Why", was previously released by country music band Rascal Flatts, although Hill had claimed the song long before in 2004 for her album titled Fireflies. While the ballad did not make the cut onto her past album, Hill has reclaimed the song in her recent release and her husband has had no shortage of praise for the number. McGraw tweeted,
baby, your voice and this song just absolutely break me apart— Tim McGraw (@TheTimMcGraw) November 18, 2016
It goes straight to the soul https://t.co/qZzpRTOpfN
Hill's version of the song is no doubt absolutely heartwarming and incredibly inspirational! Check it out for yourself!
