Ronnie Dunn, most widely known for his imminent fame and popularity in the former country duo Brooks and Dunn, released a new single today and it has surpassed any standards that have been previously adhered to!
Dunn's collaboration not only involved his right hand man, Kix Brooks, but also included Rascal Flatts band member Jay DeMarcus. The trio worked diligently to bring this powerful number to life and capture the essence that is passionate love.
The song's powerful chorus concludes with "I love the way you always go and mess me up; if you were a whiskey, girl, I'd be a damn drunk", symbolizing extensive love that Brooks has for the woman in the music video.
In addition to the single's powerful lyrics, the southern ranch location in which the music video takes place is an entirely new definition of beautiful! The spacious fields, country mountains, and cliche southern property with homemade, wood horse pens create a perfect ambiance for the intimate single.
We all feel that our expectations for Dunn's newest hit have definitely been reached, if not succeeded! Want to decide for yourself? Go ahead and check it out below!
