Lady Antebellum Takes On Ellen For Hysterical Game Of ‘Oops! My Water Broke!’

Country music trio Lady Antebellum visited talk show host and comedian Ellen DeGeneres, transitioning their one-on-one time into a riveting game of Ellen’s favorite spin-off “Oops! My Water Broke!” It was guitarist and singer Charles Kelley that was essentially roped into taking the victim’s role, taking a seat under a tank of water balloons held up by nothing more than randomly crossed sticks.

The concept of the game is to alternate between players, each removing one stick from its slot in hopes of not disrupting the placement of the balloons up top and sending them on the individual in the chair below! The player who sends the bulk of the balloons crashing down is deemed the loser.

Fellow bandmates Hillary Scott and Dave Haywood were all jokes as they laughed, “Dave and I have been looking forward to this for a long time. This gives us much pleasure.” As the game begins, Kelley is eventually pegged with multiple stray balloons that unfortunately made their way between the open spaces, shrieking, It’s cold! Y’all made it cold! Come on now!”

“Not off to a good start,” Ellen giggles as Kelley yells, “That’s freezing, too, man! I feel like you out ice in it.”

It was a combined pull between Ellen and Haywood that sent the tank of balloons crashing down on Kelley as he quickly jumped up to dodge the icy water cascading onto his body. Talk about a chilling surprise!
