Ripped straight from her hot new album, this heartbreaking ballad will leave you stunned after hearing just how good these two sound together!
Miranda Lambert and longtime boyfriend, R&B singer Anderson East, obviously have the shared love of music to bond over, but it looks like they took their love for music a little further!
On Lambert's newest (massive) album, The Weight of These Wings, East worked alongside her to pen two of the tracks, but they didn't stop there! The two singers also collaborated on two tracks as duets!
One of their duets, "Pushin' Time", isn't actually billed as such on the track listing but features East heavily on vocals and the lyrics give you a feeling that this song might be written to describe their blossoming relationship and love for one another.
“I didn’t plan on falling fast
I didn’t know I could be kissed like that
Now I’m trading miles for minutes
This bed’s too big without you in it”
If the beautiful ballad is written with Lambert and East as the subject, it reveals that their first date may have actually occurred on Sept. 18th, which happened to be months before they went public with their relationship.
Either way, this song is a beautiful piece of music from two incredibly talented individuals and proves just what kind of magic can happen when you bring people together!
Listen to a clip of the track below and you can also pick up a copy of her two-disc album today! We've also included a video of their performance of "My Girl" with Chris Stapleton.
