Hot off the press, her newest album hasn't even become publicly available but she has already been singing these new songs in public for a while now! 

Miranda Lambert is known for her incredible talent as a country music singer and songwriter with powerful hits like "Over You" and "Automatic" under her belt - but with the announcement of her newest album, she revealed that she'd brought even more talent to the table! 

Scheduled for release on November 18th, 2016, Lambert's The Weight of These Wings will be a massive two-disc set featuring 24 songs, and 24 different songwriters each lending their skills to her latest musical project. 

One of these songs, "Covered Wagon" has been previewed to Lambert's fans for more than 6 months! 

That's right....Miranda Lambert has been singing this song at some of her performances since at least March!

"Covered Wagon" is marked as the 11th track on Disc 1 - The Nerve, of her new album is is written by Danny O'Keefe - a well versed music man known for his songwriting and his major 1972 hit "Good Time Charlie's Got the Blues"

O'Keefe originally released the song in the 70s to his large folk-singer following and now Lambert is adding it into the fold!
