Every Thursday, you can catch 13-year-old Maisy Stella on CMT’s hit show Nashville playing Daphne Conrad, Rayna James’ youngest daughter. James is considered the Queen of Country, so it’s no surprise that Daphne also has an incredible voice.

In real life, Maisy’s parents are talented singers as well, which is why she got her start as a singer at such a young age. Her parents competed on the CMT series Can You Duet under the band name The Stellas, where they placed fourth.

Maisy rose to fame overnight with her older sister Lennon after they filmed a video of themselves singing Robyn’s hit song “Call Your Girlfriend.”

It was that video’s success that put them on the radar and when they appeared on Nashville, they were already established in the eyes of viewers. Years before they booked Nashville, the sisters were performing together and even writing their own original music. In fact, Maisy has been writing music since she was just five years old!

Luckily for us, the sisters uploaded her performing her first ever original song on their YouTube page, and she will completely blow you away. She’s five and strumming a ukulele like a pro, mastering the chord progression and coming up with a melody and lyrics that completely match it.

Comments flooded in from fans who were bewildered by her incredible talent.

“Just the fact that she is playing actual chords and singing anything at all at that age is crazy,” one fan wrote.

“I couldn’t even properly put my socks on until age 7,” another said.

She is so cute strumming that little ukulele that looks like a full-size guitar on her! Watch her incredible performance below.
