Heidi Swafford, the 19-year-old sister of country artist Kane Brown, was stabbed multiple times last week during an altercation with a friend.
The incident sent Swafford to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries to the neck and shoulder. Police have been searching for a suspect since the altercation. Last night, (August 3rd) police arrested a 16-year-old female on charges of Attempted Second Degree Murder and Aggravated Assault.

It is unknown what led to the argument between the two women, but Swafford's mother, Roxanne Dodson, told Chattanooga, Tennessee, television station WRCB that she is hopeful her daughter will make a full recovery.
"She's going to be alright, she will make it, I mean she has nerve damage but with time maybe that will heal up," Dodson said.
Kane Brown posted an urgent call for prayer for his sister after hearing the news while he was on tour in Nebraska.
We continue to pray for Heidi and pray she has a full recovery.
