"She actually saw me play at a songwriters night in Nashville... And that's proof that there's a God. Because there's no way I could've landed that girl without his help."

Perhaps one of the most tragic country love stories yet, Joey and Rory Feek were not only bound in marriage, but were also talented co-performers, as well. Since starting the imminently successful duo "Joey + Rory", the two had rose to new levels of musical fame and, eventually, parenthood as they later introduced the world to their incredibly inspiring daughter, Indiana.

It was Joey's untimely death due to cervical cancer that left her husband Rory with a lifetime of mere memories, but essentially with best gift Joey could have possibly given him- their daughter Indie.

With Joey's death dating back to a short six months ago, Rory continuously expresses in interviews that time has yet to make the pain any easier. In a recent sit down with CBS News' "Sunday Morning", Rory describes his daily routine since his wife's passing.

“Almost every day. I got a place for my coffee and hers. And we still have coffee together," Rory say wholeheartedly.

Rory recalls of the day he first laid eyes on the southern beauty.

"That's the biggest thing I struggle with. I still walk around thinking 'She's really not here.'"

Rory goes on to explain his struggle with buying Joey a permanent headstone, conveying the thought that he believes that that final purchase will establish permanence in Joey's death.

When asked on the well-being of their beloved daughter Indie, a beaming Rory tells that she occasionally uses sign language and briefly says "Mama", primarily on car rides when she longs to listen to her mother's music.

Although Rory has openly decided to cease performing without his endearing wife at his side, he has since compiled a wonderful, and incredibly emotional, movie in tribute to Joey, showcasing his wife's strength during her devastating battle with cancer.

The movie, titled "To Joey, With Love" will debut on Sept. 20 and Oct. 6 in select theaters.
