ABC's beloved gameshow Family Feud has been up and running for various seasons dating back to its premiere in 1976. As the vast list of previous hosts has grown longer with each recurring debut, comedian Steve Harvey has done an incredible job of securing his hosting position on the family game show since 2010.
While the recurring competitors tend to be suburban families playing for bragging rights and a cash prize, we are occasionally treated to a celebrity round which allows big name stars and their families to compete in the competition in light of various charities and organizations.
Although many stars have gone to compete on the show and walked away with a large winning for their charity, it was country star Sara Evans' family that essentially dominated in the game, as well as the additional "Fast Money" finale!
"Fast Money" is the last possible round of the family feud experience, snagging two people from the family group to answer a variety of questions with a point value based on how many random surveyors answered with the same word or phrase. The rules of this round mandate that both members must acquire a combined score of 200 points in order to win, some falling short while others exceed the standard.
Well, the Evans family clearly is an all or nothing gang, seeing that Evans' brother scored a whopping 190 points prior to Evan even stepping on stage! Leaving a mere 10 points to be needed, Evans nervously saying,
"That's incredible, but can you imagine if I don't get ten?"
Evans tore up the scoreboard by her second answer, scoring the family well above 200 points and securing an additional $25,000 for their charity!
This groundbreaking round is taking viewers by storm! Be sure to check out the insane round below!
