As if Scotty McCreery's unreleased song "Five More Minutes" wasn't emotional enough, it took on a whole new meaning when he performed it at the Opry on Wednesday night (October 26).
When McCreery debuted the song at the Opry months ago, he spoke about how it was partially inspired by losing his grandfather after he passed away last year. He then proceeded to deliver a touching performance that has since generated over a million views on YouTube.
Emotions were running high once again when McCreery brought the song back to the Opry on Wednesday night. In a heartbreaking confession, he revealed to the crowd that one of his childhood friends, named Austin, had just passed away.
