Young Irish Boy Delivers Sensational Cover Of ‘Amarillo By Morning’

A young boy with a powerful voice became an internet sensation after delivering a spot-on cover of George Strait’s “Amarillo By Morning”. 

Taking place in a picturesque outdoor setting, the talented Irish crooner paid tribute to Strait with a incredible cover of the beloved country song. The young boy show offed his skilled southern vocals in a fashion highly reminiscent of Strait’s version.

So who is the boy behind the powerful voice? Keelan Arbuckle began playing the guitar at the young age of 9 and currently resides in Donegal, Ireland. Keelan is in pursuit of a career in country music, regarding Merle Haggard as one of his biggest influencers.

“Amarillo By Morning” was recorded by Strait in 1982, later released as a single off his album Strait From The Heart. The song went on to become massive hit for Strait, reaching No.4 on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs as well as No.1 on the Canadian country chart.
