The good news just keeps coming for country music's most popular couple. Faith Hill and Tim McGraw announced that they are going back on the road for the first time in a decade. The duo shared the news for the Soul2Soul World Tour during a surprise appearance at the Ryman Auditorium Tuesday night (October 4). The tour will kick off in the spring and will take the couple to more than 60 cities.
The announcement came just one day before Tim & Faith receive their stars on the Music City Walk of Fame and two days before they will celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary.
In addition, the couple revealed that they will be appearing on 'The Voice' as key advisors. This will be the first time in the show's history that two artists have served as key advisors simultaneously.
"I think having the perspective of performing live in many different venues, from clubs to stadiums, will help us in working with the Voice artists this season," Hill said in a statement. "It's important that they be able to connect with their audience."
"I really like to dig into songs and how they need to be presented in a live environment," added McGraw. "I'm looking forward to working with the coaches to help the artists reach their potential."
The country superstars will make their 'Voice' debut during the Knockout Rounds starting October 24th and will advise all of the finalists to help them prepare for the next phase of the competition.
