When Bobby Bones' radio show debuted in Nashville, Tennessee in 2013, the radio host and his sidekicks all picked their dream guest to have on the show.
For Producer Eddie, he chose Billy Ray Cyrus for many reasons.
Cyrus walked into the radio studio as Eddie and radio personality Lunchbox had blindfolds on. They could ask him yes or no questions and if Cyrus said "yes", they were able to ask another.
Eddie went first and asked the mystery guest, "Did you used to have long hair?"
"That's a good question, uh, maybe?" Cyrus responded. The truth is, he had long hair in the back. It was business in the front, remember?!
Eddie's second question was, "Do you live here in Nashville?"
"I live here and love it," he responded. After only two questions, Eddie thinks he knows who it is.
"This is one of the coolest guys that has ever walked this earth," he says. Well, he's definitely right about that!
After asking one more question for good measure, which confirms his identity as Miley Cyrus' dad, Eddie and Lunchbox both scream, "I know who this is!"
After they both freak out and then officially meet the country superstar, they explain their excitement and how Eddie chose Cyrus as his dream guest.
Eddie will surely freak out again when he hears Cyrus' new material! He has a new album, Thin Line, which is available on September 9.
If you preorder the album here on Amazon or here on iTunes, you will receive an instant download of "Hey Elvis" featuring legendary rocker Glenn Hughes and a remake of the Don Williams classic "Tulsa Time" featuring Aerosmith rocker Joe Perry. The title track will also be available for instant download on August 12!
