Chuck Norris Has Allegedly Been Hospitalized

Actor and martial artist Chuck Norris has reportedly been hospitalized in Hawaii, TMZ says.

Sources allegedly told TMZ the incident occurred within the past 24 hours on the island of Kauai, where the 86 year old had been staying and reportedly training shortly before the event. The exact nature of the medical emergency has not been disclosed by family or representatives.

Chuck Norris is an American martial artist and actor, most well-known for his hit TV show Walker, Texas Ranger, which aired from 1993 to 2001.

Chuck Norris Remains In Good Spirits

Sources say despite being hospitalized, Norris is in good spirits and not believed to be in critical condition. Friends familiar with the situation said the actor was “joking and upbeat” just hours before seeking medical care.

Norris, who celebrated his 86th birthday just nine days ago, shared a video on social media showing him sparring with a trainer. The actor explained that he “doesn’t age” but “levels up.”

“Nothing like some playful action on a sunny day to make you feel young. I’m grateful for another year, good health and the chance to keep doing what I love. Thank you all for being the best fans in the world. Your support through the years has meant more to me than you’ll ever know,” Norris wrote.

This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
