CMA Fest Is Coming To Nashville

In just a few days, Nashville, Tennessee, will be packed with country music fans anticipating some of the most anticipated live performances.

The CMA Fest is an annual four-day event showcasing musical performances from the top names in country music.

This year, the lineup features Jason Aldean, Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Brooks & Dunn, Luke Bryan, Jordan Davis, Riley Green, Cody Johnson, Ella Langley, Ashley McBryde, and many others, alongside five additional stages spotlighting up-and-coming artists.

Notable performances at the CMA fest also include Gavin Adcock and Brandon Lake, both of whom have made significant impacts in the country music scene this year.

From June 5 to 8, Broadway Street in Nashville will be brimming with musical performances, vendors, and likely plenty of beer.

CMA Fest TV Special Announced Co-Hosts

If you can’t make it to Nashville that week, CMA Fest also hosts a CMA Fest TV special, typically aired towards the end of the month following the event.

This three-hour special compiles the highlights from CMA Fest, allowing those unable to attend to enjoy their favorite performances.

In 2024, Ashley McBryde and Jelly Roll hosted the CMA Fest TV special, following co-hosts Dierks Bentley, Elle King, and Lainey Wilson in 2023.

Ashley McBryde returns once more, this time alongside first-time co-host Cody Johnson.

The duo recently shared a funny video on Instagram, showcasing their bloopers from the announcement video, with McBryde having to rephrase her lines multiple times. Johnson also had his share of slip-ups, mistakenly referring to ‘fest’ as ‘fist.’ He said, “And we’re back. We’re hosting CMA Fist.”

McBryde humorously commented, “CMA Fist is a good name for the fights that we have.”

Another memorable moment was when Johnson said, “I have a surprise this year.”

McBryde said, “Oh, already?”

Johnson then joked, “I can’t tell you though.”

Watch their full humorous announcement below and catch CMA Fest live on Thursday, June 26th, at 8/7 central on ABC, or stream it the next day on Hulu.
