Chris Stapleton Breaks The Internet With ‘Free Concert’ Announcement

Chris Stapleton Breaks The Internet With ‘Free Concert’ Announcement | Country Music Videos

Teaming up with Ram Trucks, the Grammy-Award-winning country star, Chris Stapleton, treated his hometown to a very special concert event!

Born in Lexington, KY, Stapleton was the son of a coal miner and grew up just outside of Paintsville, KY where he graduated from Johnson Central High School.

Now, in a great act of generosity, the country star and Ram Trucks are providing a free concert at Stapleton’s old high school auditorium as part of Ram Trucks’ Hometown Heroes campaign.

The town of Paintsville only has a population of about 3,500 people, but the response to the concert was so great that the show sold out almost instantaneously!

Not only did the show sell out lightening quick, but the news of a free concert from country music’s most-talked-about artist swarmed the internet and made headlines even in the far reaches of our nation.

Chris Stapleton’s concert will be held on March 24th, 2016 with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. local time.

Although, you can’t get confirmation of a ticket right now, the Ram Trucks’ Hometown Heroes website offers registration for anyone who would like to be placed on the list to take the spot of any current ticket-holder who cancels or cannot otherwise make it.

Watch Mr. Stapleton and his incredibly talented wife, Morgane, sing “Fire Away” in the video below!
