Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson is not afraid to speak his mind, and that's what his fans love most about him.

Robertson is making headlines for revealing his thoughts about the North Carolina Bathroom Law.

According to CNN, the law "bans people from using public bathrooms that do not correspond with their biological sex."

Robertson penned an email to conservative supporters over the weekend about the topic.

"I've got a radical idea," he wrote. "Men should use the men's bathroom and women should use the women's bathroom. Just because a man may 'feel' like a woman doesn't mean he should be able to share a bathroom with my daughter, or yours. That used to be called common sense. Now it's called bigoted."

The email also included a link to a website,, which asks for donations for Citizen's United and Robertson's campaign called "Speak Freely".

The Bathroom Law has angered celebrities including Bruce Springsteen and Ringo Starr who have cancelled their shows in the state until the law is overturned.

“The Judeo-Christian values that led America to greatness are under full assault by the mob mentality of political correctness, and we’re slowly losing our soul,” Robertson says the email.
