Kelly Clarkson Shares The One Thing She Will Never Tell Her Children About

One of the many reasons Kelly Clarkson is adored is because she is brutally honest and real. Yet, there is one thing that the American Idol champ says that she plans to keep from her children.

Just months after winning the American Idol crown, Kelly Clarkson starred alongside Idol runner-up Justin Guarini for a High School Musical-esque film titled From Justin To Kelly. The idea behind the film was for FOX to capitalize on the huge success of Idol’s first season. The result wasn’t quite what FOX had hoped for and it’s definitely something Kelly Clarkson wants to forget. 

Clarkson has been asked about the film in numerous interviews since taking home the Idol title, but her feelings about it haven’t changed. In fact, in an interview with Time the singer admits that she never plans to tell her children about From Justin to Kelly. 

When asked if she was going to pretend it doesn’t exist, Clarkson replied, “That’s what I do. So why not? I just want it to go away. I want to own all of it. I just want it to not be here.”
