Si Robertson Gets So Emotional He Can’t Speak

Si Robertson sat at his dining room table with a sign that read, “Hey Jack!”

For the next two minutes of the video, Duck Dynasty’s loud and crazy Uncle Si does something no one has ever seen before. He was silent.

He was silent because he wanted to talk about something, but because the topic makes him too emotional, he wrote it down for everyone.

He goes on to explain his friendship with a man named Michael Garrett, who grew up in a children’s home in Si’s hometown. Garrett built a new children’s home and founded an organization to help kids, Homes of Hope for Children.

According to the signs Si holds up, “they provide long-term care”, keep siblings together, and fight legal battle to save kids from abuse and neglect.

He reveals the organization started a GoFundMe campaign which will launch July 1st. Their goal is to raise $634,000. He broke the cost down for us.

“70% will build a 4th home for 7 kids. 25% will fund its first year. 5% will fight the legal battle that keep kids safe,” he explains.

He begs his 4.6 million fans on Facebook to share his message and help donate to this worthy cause.
