Death Forces CMA Fest Concert Cancellation

On the day that the music video for their latest single debuted, the band members suffered a truly incredible loss and was forced to cancel one of their most-anticipated performances of the season. 

Preparing to take the stage in just two days’ time, Parmalee opened up about a tragic family event on social media, revealing that the three brothers in the band had lost their beloved grandmother, Virginia Thomas. The fourth band member is their cousin who also is grieving the loss. 

They also communicated that they were disappointed that they had to cancel their upcoming CMA Fest performance, but this was a time they really needed to be with their family and we couldn’t agree more. 

The band’s latest video for their single “Roots” debuted on their official YouTube channel today, making it a bittersweet moment for both the band and fans alike.
