Does it get any better than this? Miranda Lambert joined living legend George Strait onstage at his show in late January 2014 in San Diego, California for an unforgettable performance of "How 'Bout Them Cowgirls."
After an iconic performance of The King's classic, he thanks her for making it out to his show and insists she stays for one more song. Lambert then takes everyone by surprise when she interrupts him, asking, "Can I tell you something?"
"I saw Strait Fest...I was 15," begins Lambert. "I had my head on the back of Texas Stadium because that's all momma could afford. But I was there!"
Strait stands stunned while Lambert continues saying that she was again at his show at Texas Stadium at 17 years old when her boyfriend bought her twelfth row seats.
"From the back wall of Texas Stadium to the twelfth row and now I'm standing here singing with The King!" she says before exploding into a fit of excitement next to a laughing Strait.
After a few moments of laughter the pair dive into another duet to the tune of "Run," Lambert still beaming with excitement. You can watch it all go down in the video below and be sure to let us know what you think in the comments!
