It’s no surprise that Garth Brook’s fans are passionate, but one fan who was battling cancer took it to a whole new level.

At one his concerts, said superfan wanted Garth to know just how much she loves him and his music. She made a sign that read:

“Chemo this morning, Garth tonight. Enjoying the dance.”

Garth saw her in the crowd, showed everyone her sign, and even gave his guitar to her.
