Arguably, country music’s favorite couple, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill charm viewers once again in their Entertainment Tonight exclusive interview. The two talk about their Vegas show, having more children, and those unlikely marriage trouble rumors. The couple seems content and happy at this stage in their careers and marriage, with no sign of trouble on the horizon. Amen to that!
The couples love story began in 1996 when Hill was featured on McGraw’s Spontaneous Combustion tour and sparks began to fly! Tim proposed to Faith in his dressing room trailer to which Faith responded by writing “Yes” on his mirror while he was performing on stage. Just a year later the McGraw family began with the birth of their first daughter, Gracie, followed by Maggie, and finally Audrey.
During this interview, Entertainment Tonight correspondent Nancy O’Dell asks the couple if more babies are in future plans to which Faith replies, “Oh gosh, no!”. The two are perfectly happy and busy with the three beautiful daughters they have, and couldn’t imagine adding another to the mix. To set the divorce rumors straight they explain that they have always been a target for tabloid gossip but they know that it’s just part of the fame. Faith and Tim explain that it can be difficult fielding questions about the rumors from family members, but otherwise all they can do is brush it off. “I don’t know why happiness doesn’t sell” says Faith, “but (again) you just have to stop buying the stuff”.
It is great to see the couple joyful and still so in love after many years together. We wish them all the happiness in the world!
